Beds with the exception of Deluxe & Junior which have 2 Queen Beds
or 1 King Bed.
Stated rates are per night, in US Dollars, and based on single or
double occupancy, each additional guest $45.00 per night.
All rates are subject to 11% Florida tax and are subject to change
without notice. Higher rates and minimum stays may apply for
Weekends, Holidays and Special Events. Please consult with our
office when making a
reservation. Our resort offers a variety of
amenities, i.e. heated pool, and 12 man Jacuzzi, lush tropical
grounds, guest computer and continental breakfast.
Payment
We accept travelers checks in U.S. Funds, Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover. Personal checks are accepted for
advance deposits only.
Deposit &
Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is necessary to guarantee a reservation. A
deposit of one third (1/3) of the reservation is required to
confirm, with a minimum deposit equal to one nights stay.
Reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival (30
days for Holidays, Christmas, New Years & Special Events) and may
be subject to a $25.00 administration fee. Cancellations made less
than 14 days (30 days for Holidays, Christmas, New years & Special
Events) deposit becomes non-refundable.
Hurricane Refund
Policy
During Hurricane Season (June 1 until November 30), an amended
Cancellation Policy applies. If there is a posted threat/warning
of a hurricane, cancellations made within the normal 14 day
cancellation period will not be forfeited and are retained as a
credit for a future visit This deposit may be used at any time up
to 1 year after the original date of arrival.
There are no
refunds for early departure.
